Acts2 Youth

an Acts 2 youth group in every city

AYM

AYM (Area Youth Ministry) is a nationwide non-profit Christian youth organization that connects high school students with other like-minded peers and mentors.

AYM started in 2018. Our vision is to go beyond the church walls — to provide students with caring mentors. We are not a church. We do not meet on Sundays.

We are college students & alumni who are passionate about seeing the youth thrive. We offer mentorship, summer camps, resources for Christian clubs, special events, and sports camps for youth in over 25 cities in the United States. We provide support to help the youth mature in Christ and to inspire them through Scripture to be agents of God’s love in their schools, families and communities.

Our desire is to serve local churches (those without a youth pastor) and to provide a weekly Sunday youth program.

Many church communities lack the resources to put on a youth program. Sometimes, we find a middle-schooler babysitting the younger kids while her dad preaches, or a high-schooler attending a service in a language that he doesn’t speak, or a church without a dedicated youth ministry.

In 2009, we started InterHigh to serve local churches by driving out to their church each Sunday with a small team to provide a weekly youth program. Since then, we have expanded our ministry across the country. Our prayer and hope for the youth is that they will come to know and have a personal relationship with Jesus, and in turn, become a life-giving source of blessing to their friends and community.
